Solution
- A virtual home care training environment where various customers and challenges are encountered safely. The environment, based on the floor plan of a 3D house, allows for versatile preparation for dealing with different problem situations. The exercises consist of functional tasks, educational information, and multiple-choice questions. Users receive feedback on their actions and can practice in a secure environment.
