Challenge

• Routine safety walks conducted based on the schedules of the trainer

Solution

• We implemented the digitization of safety walks for Ponsse Oyj, enabling independent familiarization with safety matters and eliminating dependence on the schedule of the trainer. With the created 360-view on the web, the trainee can move freely in the same area where the safety walk inside the factory would typically take place. The digitized training model enhances learning and significantly reduces the trainer's workload, as it allows everyone to explore safety themes according to their needs at any time. In addition to the digitized safety walk, there are illustrative materials, custom multiple-choice questions reflecting the extent of learned information, and in-depth information packages for reviewing the covered topics as needed.
